We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.   \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTracy Xing is presenting on her observations growing a successful business. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nBusiness and People – Tracy Xing \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTracy Xing – Steps Group\n\n\n\nTracy started Steps Group in 2018 with Andrew\, both work for the business on part time bases and expand service from handyman repair to gardening\, and cleaning along the way.  Our customers are mainly NDIS participants\, Age care home package customers and real estate agents.   \n\n\n\nTracy loves dog\, travel\, cooking\, reading and arts.

We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.   \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis week financial adviser Chris Galanis discusses income in retirement. He will discuss the notion of how much income you need in retirement and whether your accumulated financial resources will last your retirement. Chris will also discuss different retirement ages and show you what is required if you were to contemplate an early retirement. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGalanis Financial Group – Chris Galanis \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChris Galanis – Galanis Financial Group\n\n\n\nChris Galanis is a financial advice with over 30 years’ experience in investments and superannuation. He started Galanis Financial Group over 5 years ago to offer a better and personalised service that many clients weren’t getting with the highly conflicted financial organisations. Chris also advises in the highly complex area of aged care helping clients financially prepare for their move into residential care. \n\n\n\nDespite challenges arising from the banking royal commission\, Chris has grown his business with the ultimate goal in the next three years to provide a certain amount of pro bono advice to those who need it but cannot afford it. Outside work\, Chris is married to Michelle and has two boys\, Jack 10 and Will 8. He enjoys coaching Will’s basketball team\, a sport he new nothing about but now thoroughly enjoys as he watches the team advance their skills and play great basketball.  \n\n\n\nToday\, Chris will simplify the numerous different aged care fees\, something that no brochure or website can do on one page.
