He will also touch on some related issues such as business succession and binding death benefit nominations for your superannuation. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n \n\nWills and Why You Must Have One – Gareth Jones \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGareth Jones – Septimus Jones and Lee Solicitors\n\n\n\nGareth has developed a broad experience acting as a property and commercial lawyer for over 20 years. He has acted for listed property developers\, private developers and thousands of private clients each with their own objectives and needs. Purchases\, sales\, subdivisions\, leases\, easements\, covenants\, adverse possession\, compulsory acquisition. Legal advice needs to be effective for you\, but most of all\, you need to be able to sleep better at night. \n\n\n\nGareth is a partner at Septimus Jones & Lee\, a firm which has been operating for over 85 years. The firm decided to move out of the city where it had been operating since 1935 to embrace the new opportunities made possible by remote working.
