Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.
This week Mike McNamara will be presenting. His presentation will take attendees though the property buyers journey using the analogy of a 400 kilometre multiday cycling journey, that Mike has just organised and completed.
Buying a property as homebuyer or investor requires a plan, a team, and a combination of expertise to produce success, without overpaying, especially in a hot market.

Mike McNamara is an experienced Buyers Agent, a member of the REIV Buyers Agents Chapter, is licensed by Consumer affairs Victoria and has been buying property clients for over 8 years, as well and being a long-term property investor.
With several university qualifications in finance and business, Mike is an MBA, qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of Victoria University’s Property Investment Course. Mike brings to clients, personal and professional property buying experience, appraisal expertise, negotiation/bidding skills, industry contacts and property success.
