Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise. This week Rob Chiarolli from Grapes to Grange will be presenting.
A SWOT Analysis is a simple tool and process every business owner should undertake to increase the effectiveness of their business strategies to scale up their results. In this brief presentation, Rob Chiarolli, our resident Business and Executive Coach, will outline the various uses for a SWOT analysis, how to undertake one properly, and why it can then be that crucial process that leads your business to greater success.

Rob Chiarolli, Grapes to Grange
Rob has been coaching and consulting since 2008, after a 25 year sales, marketing and management career in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. Apart from his tertiary qualifications is Science and Business Administration, Rob is a certified Life Coach as well as being a credentialed NLP Master Practitioner and an Extended DISC consultant and trainer.
Rob uses his experience and training to provide a transformative coaching and consulting service to owners of small businesses with the focus of helping owners realise the importance of clear thinking and planning to help them set, reach and exceed their organisational sales, profit and productivity targets. He focuses on getting business strategy right, optimising business processes and systems, and getting the best out of the people working in the business.
Rob brings a well-rounded perspective to the table, blending the important people aspects of behavioural awareness with the business realities that are required to make businesses profitable, sustainable and scalable.
Married to Maria, who he met at Adelaide Uni, they have a daughter Steph, 33, who resides in Adelaide. Rob is an avid photographer and also runs a photo studio, Photos That Tell, focussing on professional headshots and portraits. Rob does most of the cooking at home and loves his traditional Italian recipes handed down by his mum….which means he also enjoys his other pastime of walking to keep the kilos down.
