Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.
In this session, our Guest Speaker Carmen Williams from Global Teams will have you ask yourself the question of when is the best time to hire a Virtual Assistant. Carmen will explain what a VA can do to help support your business (and what work they cannot perform). She will share some strategies to help you delegate effectively so you don’t fall back into old habits of trying to do everything yourself.

Carmen was once a high achieving introverted scientist who started university at 16.
She gave all that up to be a semi-broke entrepreneur with big ideas but no clue about how to implement them.
Putting her introverted tendencies to the test, Carmen developed strategies to grow a 7 figure business, whilst staying sane and true to herself. These days she owns a very successful VA business with a team of over 82 talented people, supporting Australian business owners to get stuff done.
She can often be found training for a marathon or jumping on her trampoline.
