Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise. This week Paul Thewlis from digital marketing agency Web Intelligenz talks about empathy marketing as a key to business success.

Paul Thewlis, Web Intelligenz
Paul Thewlis is the founder and co-owner of Web Intelligenz. Paul has over 30 years of experience in consulting, marketing and management in small business, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Paul has consulted to hundreds of businesses, non-profits and personal investors during his career.
Paul holds a science PhD from Monash University, and has diplomas in Financial Services and Financial Planning.
While Paul has a broad experience and skillset in the technical aspects of digital marketing, his main role is in marketing strategy and project management.
