Never sell a property without a Vendor Advocate
September 24, 2024 @ 7:00 am - 8:30 am

Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.
Experienced buyer’s agent, Mike McNamara, will explain how the complex matter of selling a property can be done badly, or well. He will outline the role of the Vendor Advocate and how this ‘project manager’ can assist vendors by bringing in expertise to set a plan to sell, relieve seller stress, select the right sales agent and the appropriate sale method, while ensuring no unnecessary costs.
If you, or someone you know, may be intending to sell in the next 12 months, do not miss this presentation.
