In this session, Jonathon O’Donoghue will discuss the current real estate market compared to what we are hearing in the media. An entertaining session with a few laughs at some videos of how some properties are marketed and why it is so important to choose a professional when it comes to your most important asset.

From a long line of real estate professionals, Jonathon – a former St Kevin´s College student who remains connected to the school via its Old Boys´ Football Club – has worked in property throughout his entire career. Whether his clients wish to sell via auction, private sale, or even off-market, Jonathon´s urbane, confident approach and established local networks produce the required outcome.
Outside of work Jonathon loves to spend time with his family, wife Alicia and two boys Ben and Tom. A keen golfer and passionate Collingwood supporter when he is not keeping an eye on the sport, he is in the garden which is how he turns his mind off the non stop work mind that you need in real estate.
