Each week there is a Business Referrers meeting which provides a friendly and productive meeting opportunity for local small business owners to share referrals and grow their businesses using the membership as a platform for new ideas, products and services. We have a guest presenter each week who provides information from their areas of expertise.
This week’s presenter Tracy Xing will inspire us with her topic “Visualise Your Dream”.
About the Presenter
Tracy Xing, Steps Group Pty Ltd
Tracy came to Australia in 2002 as international student.
Tracy is a CPA (Certified Practice Accountant) and has been working for mainly manufacturing companies including Ford and Toyota for most of her career within the finance/accountancy field.
Steps group was created in March 2018 while Tracy was still working in corporate and the company was created to serve people in Melbourne in property maintenance including cleaning, gardening and house repair.
Tracy is passionate about building businesses as business is not just about making money, it’s also about going beyond customers’ expectations in delivering great outcomes. Her moto is “Life is good, have a happy life journey with great people along the way and see what we can achieve together.”
Outside work, Tracy likes reading, cooking, singing and traveling.
